1998-2001: Marketing Coordination / YVES SAINT LAURENT

Marketing Coordination: Re-positioning of the Luxury strategy of the house in collaboration with Pierre Bergé and the Strategy Department. Segmentations, development of new concepts and strategies of penetration of the Luxury Market for Rive Gauche and all the lines (womenswear, menswear and Accessories. Coordination of all Product Managers for all categories (reporting to M. Pierre Bergé). 

SAINTLAURENT Product Manager: Marketing re-positioning and development in collaboration with Hedi Slimane of SAINTLAURENT (with a blue rectangle) in the UK and Japan as test markets. Casual designer label, pendant of Rive Gauche, with a young consumer target. Concept and Marketing strategy definition. Product Development with the Studio. Budget Management.
